Action Gymnastics is located in Forest Park. We’re passionate about finding the best balance for your child between athletics and academics. We offer several options from training several days a week to tailoring a schedule that allows for variety in your child’s activities. We even offer Sunday options!

Our recreational gymnastics program allows athletes to master skills and gain confidence on each apparatus while they progress through the levels.

Our recreational cheer tumbling program provides a solid foundation of strength, flexibility and basics necessary to train through the most advanced tumbling and jumps.

Our competitive program offers USAG Levels 2-10 and XCEL. Our competitive gymnasts have had countless successes at both USAG and IHSA competitions at the local, state, regional and national levels. We allow team members to compete both IHSA and USAG provided they follow the proper rules and procedures to do so. We also sponsor individuals whose high schools do not have a team.

Thank you for your interest and support. Check out our alumni section to see the variety of successes we have been so fortunate and grateful to be part of. We are so proud of the people our former athletes have become!

Action Gymnastics provides expert level training programs in both recreational and competitive gymnastics and tumbling for cheer! Our team of coaches is USAG certified and has made Action Gymnastics a challenging environment where athletes develop the skills and confidence to succeed both in and out of the gym. Think you’ve got what it takes? We’d love to give you a free trial class! Read on to find a program that suits your needs and see how you can become part of our club.
